I perform to connect, to explore, and to stretch what I think I’m capable of.
Whether it’s improv comedy, dramatic acting, or performing in Mandarin, I’m drawn to the edge, where things feel uncertain, alive, and real.
Comedy helps me stay sharp. Acting helps me speak with clarity. Mandarin helps me connect across cultures. Performance isn’t separate from my technical work, it’s part of how I’ve rebuilt myself to lead, communicate, and stay grounded.
Acting Monologues
These are a few of my acting monologues, each one an exercise in presence, clarity, and emotional range.
Mandarin Videos
I’ve been studying Mandarin for a decade, and I use it as both a creative outlet and a way to challenge myself. These are some of the videos I’ve made entirely in Chinese. You can also see my others by following me on RedNote/小红书!
Improv Comedy
I currently regularly perform in San Francisco with SF Tonight at Endgames Improv and also Pu Pu Platter, a bilingual Chinese/English indie troupe. I’m always looking for ways to integrate language, performance, and storytelling into new creative projects.
